“First of all - customer service is Awesome (***). Upon receiving our gazebo I couldn't wait to start assembling. The weather wasn't co-operative at all so I had to postpone for about two weeks. Seeing that crate in my driveway and not being able to assemble was hard. When it finally stopped raining and looked to be sunshine for the next week as well, I anxiously began assembly. I was impressed how easily the parts were identified. I familiarized myself with all the parts. Once I did this I had gained a lot of confidence that I could do this very easily myself. I had help with the roof section and that was it. As the gazebo went up, I was more and more excited with how it looked. It is exactly what I had hoped it was going to look like. Last year I purchased a weather vane and finished the look showing it off. Wow!!”

“The gazebo assembled quite easily but needed two people and lots of patience. It does look very good and we get lots of compliments. Buying one assembled would have cost at least three times as much.”

“The hardest part about the whole set up was getting the base level. We had lots of sand though, so it got done. We received the kit exactly within the 1/2 hour they said it would arrive. It was packaged very well with no problems getting it offloaded and counted. Our two sons-in-law assembled most of it. We rented scaffolding to make things easier to lift and place into the spots the piece was intended to go. It would have gone quicker but it rained quite a bit during the assembly. Every piece fit very well and the screen kit was perfect to keep the flies and mosquitos at bay. Due to rain again in July and early August, we weren't able to stain it until late August. It has had a bunch of scrapbookers doing their thing in it, as well as some train watching going on occasionally. Our gazebo was installed at Tete Jaune Cache, BC. Thanks for a great kit!”
