The quality of the product is high and assembly instructions complete. In fact, instead of requiring 3 people for assembly, 1 old man and 1 old woman put the pergola together, and I only needed the old woman for one thing. You have a great company.”

“The only negative was the delivery by FedEx. There was one driver and he was unable to take the big box of materials off the truck. Our only option was to take the box apart and take the individual packs of wood off the truck ourselves or send it back. My husband and i are senior citizens and moving 1000 pounds of wood off the truck and then having to move it to our back yard was strenuous and more work than we expected. We were not pleased or was Fedex. The handymen we hired to put it together we're very impressed with materials and how this was put together.. They said we have the most impressive patio cover in the neighborhood.”
