“The only problem I had was identifying some of the pieces and where they actually went into the structure. The assembly was very straight forward and pieces fit well during assembly. The structure has been in service since late October and has withstood heavy snow, high winds and a couple of freeze -thaw cycles without any problems. The building looks very clean and neat. We are using it for a hot tub enclosure and it is perfect for that. I called customer support a couple of times with questions and found the representative very helpful. We are quite happy with our purchase of the OLT green house.”

“The greenhouse kit arrived in good condition; There was nothing missing. The waterproofing of the greenhouse is not perfect and needs to be improved. This is the case for both section of the door and the two roof fans. To avoid wind vibrations from transparent polycarbonate panels, I applied sealant all round the panels (suggest that you place only the top and bottom). The sealant supplied with the greenhouse kit Liquefied after a rain and had to replace it with external silicone sealant. Some sections of the plan are unclear. EX .: The four fans of the bottom of the greenhouse do not appear on the plan; The layout of the shelves is not well defined. The assembly work was longer than expected because 90% I did it alone and also because I backed my greenhouse to an existing building and I made a back door to communicate with this building. The delivery time was longer than expected due to the problems of communications in French that would have to be improved. In total I am very satisfied with my new greenhouse, the cedar smells very good. P.S .: I have not yet found the ideal heating system for this small greenhouse. I am looking for a 240 volt powered system that can be used both for heating and ventilation. On the internet (*** site) I saw what I would like: "Hotbox" 2800 watts I think it is manufactured by the company "***" This system is European and the cost is very high for Have it delivered to Quebec. I have a lot to shop in Quebec: Super hardware, heating specialist and I found nothing. Do you have a suggestion? As a greenhouse maker, it seems to me entirely appropriate that you think about lighting, heating and other accessories and that you have some proposals to make. Thank you.”

“Everything was great on the pallet, with the exception on 1 piece, it was the piece that supports the main truss. It should have been turned 180 degrees thereby protecting the cut end. Otherwise all was good.”

“I purchased the greenhouse and received delivery at my home in 8 days. Everything from the packaging, instructions, customer service and actual product where excellent! The workmanship is second to none and was a pleasure to construct. Although there are cheaper options out there, in my opinion, this product will be paid for once and last! If you plan to stain I would suggest taking the time to lay out the pieces and stain before you assemble, it definitely saved me a lot of time in the long run. It's a quality product!”
