“The casket was beautiful. The problem that I have is with the delivery and customer service. The company name is Overnight Caskets...the original delivery time was 2 days (overnight would be next day)...you should change your company name because it's misleading. Then I paid $100 extra for next day, however, the delivery truck broke down and did not meet the expected delivery date. A representative from Overnight called and informed me of the situation and said that I had to get my $100 refund from the delivery service. The delivery service said the refund should come from Overnight Caskets. The casket was to be delivered on Friday but was delivered on Monday...my Mom's service was on Wednesday. After calls with the seller and the delivery service, I was frustrated and very disappointed with my experience. All of this just days before having to bury my mom.”

“Casket was beautiful delivered before it was supposed to be delivered, although we paid an extra $300. I guess that's our bad we didn't need it that soon. It'd be great to get a refund on that, but I kind of highly doubt that but a good quality product. So if you're listening you can contact me and I'd love to hear that you're going to give me a rebate on part of that delivery. Thank you”

“We purchased this for our mother who passed suddenly. The casket was beautiful and exactly what she had always said she wanted. Delivery was hassle free and it arrived in plenty of time. The price was MUCH BETTER than the funeral homes prices. Very satisfied with the item .”
