“We had the worst experience buying from this company I do not recommend buying from this company unless your fine with your casket arriving late . We ordered a casket on Dec.23 and it did not arrive until 10 days later It arrived during the viewing time,a day before funeral. I had confirmed with a sales person the days the viewing and funeral was and they said it world be delivered on the 30th or 31st , but delivery was delayed . It was a very stressful time waiting when rrangemenrs had already been made . If I could give a zero star I would . I would definitely not recommend due to late deliveries”

“The casket price was great. The color was represented as lilac, but really pretty much look gray and was disappointing because I was really looking for light purple. They shipped as described, but when I verified on the phone that the casket would be delivered to the funeral home on the second day by the clothes of business they said yes that wouldn't be a problem, but they didn't communicate this to the logistics company so my casket was out for delivery 20 minutes from my house from 9 AM until I finally called the shipping company at 3 PM and said hey my mom's being buried in the morning and the funeral home closes at 4 o'clock. The shipping company was great and they made a B line of the funeral home and delivered it for me, but had I not pursued this I would've been in quite a difficult situation and that is why my five star casket is getting 2 stars on how they coordinated delivery.”

“This experience during a very difficult time was flawless. Jessica on the phone when I called was very pleasant and professional. The casket arrived the next day to the funeral home in excellent condition. Definitely recommend this company. Thank you for making this an easier part of our difficult time and providing an excellent product.”

“The cherry wood casket was beautiful. It was delivered with some extra handling but arrived as scheduled. The Dark cherry wood and gold handles was Beautiful. It was a perfect and elegant addition to a sad day .”
