“First, the ease of ordering and online support during ordering was very helpful. As promised, casket showed up promptly and on time. Only problem, which is a major problem is the color on the casket was completely different than the advertised picture. When I called about this they were unwilling to assist or adjust cost, as the lighter color casket was 1000$ cheaper. The customer service rep even stated the online pictures looked different than the real life pictures I sent, but was unable to offer any other assistance.”

“I had called in advance & got information on how long it would take once ordering a casket & found out if ordered before 11am PST or 2pm EST it would arrive in two days from Pennsylvania to my city in South Carolina. The next day I confirmed this because my mom passed. The casket was so much better than the funeral home lowest cost options & I saved approximately $500. I shook the Estes truck drivers hand & Thanked him for getting it to us on time, the day before her funeral.”
