“When I ordered the casket the picture was beautiful but in person the casket was absolutely gorgeous; also it arrived two days earlier than promised. Great product and service.”

“Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was a bit difficult and frustrating. The pictures on the website for the Cherrytone Solid Poplar Casket, which are computer generated, do NOT depict the actual color of the casket. The color of the actual was more red/orange. see pic example. Luckily the delivery driver took pictures and sent them before leaving and we were able to refuse the delivery. We were charged a $250 return fee and would have been charged an additional restocking fee if we did not buy a different casket at Overnight. See our review for the Cambridge casket.”

“1st one arrived damaged but the replacement arrived at 9am sharp at the funeral home on burial day. The price was incredible and it was beautiful. Didnt want to let fo of the love of my life but he was laid to rest handsome and handsomely.”
