“Didn’t take a picture of it, but it was lighter and more orange which was a surprise. When you contacted me to say you didn’t have the one I ordered, the picture you showed me did not match the color. The picture you sent appeared to be darker. I would have never agreed to the color I received. Quality of the casket was great as well as price. Delivery to mortuary was outstanding. The color of the casket was my only concern because my brother was a Bishop and he was dressed in a white and purple robe. The orangish color just didn’t work, but there was no time to exchange it.”
