“Casket arrived in time for the service. When it was inspected there were some damaged areas noted by the funeral director that were not shipping related as it was well packaged. Nothing that would interfere with operation. Reached out to sales, have yet to get a reply. Overall the casket is well made and will serve the puprose.”
