“My mom went into Hospice and we knew it would only be a few more days….I ordered this casket from Overnight Caskets….the process was simple, saved $$$ over purchasing from funeral home. Customer service was excellent, I received many updates regarding when it would arrive, it actually came a day earlier than I was told. The funeral home received it for us and everything was perfect!”

“I wanted to give it 5 stars. I would have had communication would of happened. I place my order on 11-8-23 which is a Saturday. Unfortunately overnight casket doesn't do any order processing over the weekend which is seriously beyond me while funeral homes are open a casket place is closed. People die 24,7,365... but back my point of no 5stars from us. Order placed 11-8-23 which meant we couldn't do the funeral until later than we planned. Monday rolls around no updated on my order status via my account with overnight caskets mind you we paid over night shipping $300 extra. We go into panic mode and I try to reach out via their chat... No on ever reached back out to me that way. I call I get someone on the phone she assures me the casket is being shipped out by 5 and my account should update to shipped status. If finally does Tuesday... all it says is shipped not delivered so I call them again and finally talk to someone and they assure me it was delivered they are waiting on the driver to pick it up from atl to deliver it covington. Nothing all day long... luckily my neighbor is the funeral director and he knocks on my door at 7pm stating that the casket arrived and it's beautiful. It was but between the none communication unless I reached out and the minor scratches I noticed and dents 4 stars is all I can give then for a review.”
