“We ordered a casket and paid the extra money to have it shipped overnight. The company contacted us shortly thereafter and told us that the one we ordered was not available for overnight delivery. They made a recommendation of a similar casket that could be delivered the next day. We opted to go with that casket. It arrived in a very timely manner and was just what we had hoped it would be. We definitely recommend this company.”

“The Casket was beautiful however I think the cost of disposing of the packaging material should be incooperated into the pricing. The familes are already facing the stress of putting their loved one to rest, and should not have to be concerned wirh the packing material the casket arrived in. For the sake of making things a little easier pls include this as a part of the service. Otherwise, everything was perfect.”
