“This casket, Full Brush Copper Casket with Ivory Velvet Interior, was beautiful and dignified. My family, nor I, had ever ordered a casket from the internet. I had reservations about purchasing such an important item, sight unseen. Everyone involved tried assuring me that all would be fine. The casket arrived exactly when I was told it would. However, my husband was at the funeral home as it was be uncrated and he noticed the damage. He phone me to explain. I had no idea of what to do. There was no time to order a new casket because the funeral was scheduled for the next day. (Overnight Caskets are not "overnight" without an additional fee.) The only thing saving this casket was the damage was done to the back side. I wanted this casket to be 100% perfect because it was for my son. I phoned Overnight Caskets and the lady I spoke with was helpful. She took care of the problem as best as she could under the circumstances. I am still disappointed but I don't blame the company. If I should ever have another need for a funeral casket, I would most likely order from them again.”

“I hate I’m even making a review. :( but as far as the company and casket go.. customer service was phenomenal. The casket arrived on time and was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. I know my grandma would be happy!”

“My grandson’s casket was delivered on time with no issues. The online picture and the actual casket differed slightly probably due to the lighting of the picture. But the actual casket looked better than the picture. We were somewhat reluctant to to request, purchasing his casket from other than the funeral home, but they assured us that this is becoming a more common practice and recommended your company, saying they have not had any bad experiences with you. This saved us $300-$500 from similar caskets that the funeral home had to offer.”

“The casket arrived the next day at the funeral home even though I paid for 3 business days delivery. The casket was very nice and appeared just as seen on the website. My brother looked stately lying in that casket”
