“The main floor tool that comes with the vacuum was really hard to use on our carpet - tough to push and pull the vac. This tool is much easier to work with.”

“We have hardwood floors and wool rugs (short pile). We also have pets. The turbo head works really well and doesn't clog up, like some we have tried. Definitely get this if pet hair is a problem.”

“use this head commercially and it does the job for me. If you were to use this head domestically, I think it would do very well, especially on carpets.”
