“I purchased the Turbo Head as an addition to the Superpro 700 as we have two cats and mostly carpet in our home, and I have long hair. Suction is excellent, and the floors look thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately, there are a couple of downsides to the suction - it makes the head difficult to push on carpet (you need to use quite a bit of force, and I find myself bending over rather than being able to keep my back straight), and it stops spinning on looser surfaces such as couch fabric and rugs. The other issue with the head is that it is not good for long hair, which I have - it keeps spinning, but long hair gets tightly wrapped around the roller and needs to be removed by hand. Overall, the Turbo Head is thus acceptable, but there's certainly room for improvement.”
