“Sorry not impressed. I was lead to believe it would be a better tool when cleaning carpets than the floor tool that comes with the vacuum. Unfortunately it’s not so a big waste of money”

The FLT007 is designed to provide enhanced performance on low-medium pile carpeted areas, so I’d like to look into this further for you. “The main floor tool that comes with the vacuum was really hard to use on our carpet - tough to push and pull the vac. This tool is much easier to work with.”

“We have hardwood floors and wool rugs (short pile). We also have pets. The turbo head works really well and doesn't clog up, like some we have tried. Definitely get this if pet hair is a problem.”
