“This is a great tool for the Pacvac velo. The only issue is one of the wheels having a build up of hair at the wheels and clogging and the wheels come off easily. It would be good to review the design of how the wheels are installed.”

“Excellent on hard floors. On carpet it needs a fair amount of force, due to the rubber strip/blade at the rear of the unit, which digs in to the carpet resisting forward movement. Still, suction is applied well, so cleans ok.”

To optimize performance on different floor types such as carpet, we recommend ensuring the flip connection on the top of the floor tool is switched (by pressing down on the lever) to the higher position.
