“My 92 year old Mother-in-law is still yet to embrace the kettle. Positives are easy pouring safety great design. Tentatively she can't quite see the water levels as it fogs up and is scared she will boil it dry. I have assured her it will be fine but she is 92 and finding life in this pandemic hard and confusing. She still uses it though through our encouragement.”
“My sister loves her kettle, the only thing I thought would be a good idea is to include a plastic jug to fill the kettle. It is supposed to stop people from lifting the kettle.”

“The kettle poured very well but although I could see the quantity of water in the kettle my wife had difficulty. I believe if the water level was on the side of the kettle then it would be a better way to view the level . This is an important issue with elderly people.”
“The jug works well. The concept is good for tea cups and coffee cups, but isn't great to pour into taller cups unless the jug is really full. I did find it interesting that it can be purchased with funding through NDIS, but it has an enormous tag on the cord saying: 'WARNING This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge.......'.
