“Whilst the Bunch of flowers that were supplied were very nice,THEY ARRIVED TOO LATE FOR THE RECIPIENT.
i ordered these flowerrs before 9am .They arrived at 2 minutes to 5pm for a "same day service"
In this day and age when delivery is everything despite, repeated calls to find the whereabout of the delivery we were told they were on their way twice and would not be far off.This was an appauling service and i cant depend on Pearsons delivery again in case this repeats itself.There are now too many other options”

When I enquired regarding this I wasn’t really given any solution as to what do I suggest they do- I would have preferred a suggestion of even a discount 5% next purchase anything other than ask me the question to sort out the mistake - they were very polite though. “I was disappointed with the round table centre, the flowers were lovely but didnt stay in the middle kept going to the side, I took string off to see if I could set it right, the result was a disaster as the stems were so short, I got the premium bunch too, I wont order them again”
“Thank you for your delivery which I understand was lovely. However I would appreciate an exact photo of what was sent as I have had deliveries from other florists in the past which have been a great disappointment and did not reflect the photo in their advertising.
