My sister-in-law, who received the flowers contacted me to advise arrival of the bouquet and it looked as if fresh flowers had been added to an old arrangement! Meaning, that some of the flowers were in a very poor state and would not last more than a day or two. This news was so very disappointing. I understand she has been in touch with Pearson’s and I sincerely hope there will be every effort to address this shortfall in presentation.”
