“I was disappointed with the round table centre, the flowers were lovely but didnt stay in the middle kept going to the side, I took string off to see if I could set it right, the result was a disaster as the stems were so short, I got the premium bunch too, I wont order them again”
“Thank you for your delivery which I understand was lovely. However I would appreciate an exact photo of what was sent as I have had deliveries from other florists in the past which have been a great disappointment and did not reflect the photo in their advertising.

“I'm sorry but I was very dissappointed with my 2 vases of flowers. The Pastel Charm Vases were smaller than usual and made up of at least 1/3 white flowers. No blue ones at all. The flowers themselves were beautiful but the arrangement of pastel colours was dissappointing because of so many white ones and no blue ones at all ...it appeared washed out and not enough colour. In the past I have been so happy with this arrangement. I had them delivered to my place so i could deliver them personally. So unfortunately I was dissapointed on seeing them.”
“Sorry but I have no idea how the delivery went apart from that it was delivered. I like to see an image of the delivered gift which I was told after the purchase you do not do this. I just thought this was the norm. Shame you dont do this so I wont be using you again.”
“I was disappointed with the orchard that was delivered compared with the photo of the orchard I thought I was buying. I am a repeat purchaser from pearsons and it is hit and miss with the plants that I have purchased weather they will last or die quickly unfortunately”
