“Firstly, I was so impressed with the packaging, the huge bubble wrap does a great job protecting glassware-thank you. It was the perfect gift and looked great, except the rubber seal was split almost entirely through in one spot. Unfortunately it was last minute, so I couldn't do anything about it. I just hope it holds together and can be enjoyed for a very long time.”
