“Awesome quality and shipping time. It is my second time with personalised favours. Even though it's not as positive as last time, it was still really good. They will ask for your approval of the design first, then go into production once the design is decided. For my order it took longer than what I was expecting. I guess just make sure you are prepared to wait for 3-4 weeks to receive your order if you are ordering a whole wedding's worth of supplies. I got a bit worried considering on the website it says the production time generally is 5-10 days. Once I received the shipping information, I got my order within 2 days which was super fast!
