“Fantastic service, quick confirmation via text the following day that the engraving was correct and super fast delivery. I asked for additional letters ‘50th’ into the engraving and was not charged anything further. I paid extra for expressed delivery to ensure it would arrive on time and instead of it taking the 10-14 days to arrive, it took 4 days from NSW to SA. Mighty impressed! Only recommendation I would suggest for improvement is to include on the Booking Form a section to put in the recipients name so there is no confusion on who the purchaser is. To not cause issues, I used the recipients name as my own so the delivery was not made out to me with the recipients delivery address. My friend loved the personalised gift for her birthday. I did have to check that it was made of glass after it was delivered, which it was, as there is nothing on the website that I could see to confirm what material was used.
