“received these a few weeks ago but didn't review as my daughter's birthday was only yesterday, and we both saw them for the first time. She absolutely loved them!! However after just one wash, by hand and in normal washing liquid, it looks like the print is already coming off. I'm disappointed by this. I actually thought it was supposed to be engraved. My daughter seemed disappointed as well, stating maybe she should only wash the inside or just not use them so it doesn't rub off. That made me feel as if it was a cheap gift. Why isn't it engraved, and why doesn't it last? Really disappointed especially after the initial excitement of seeing them.”
