Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Wexre sorry to hear that your puppy had difficulty with the size and hardness of our kibble.
We chose this size kibble specifically due to studies showing this is the most palatable for many dogs, but we understand that some puppies may be more accustomed to a smaller size. We appreciate your efforts in trying to make the kibble more suitable for your puppy by grinding it up.
We suggest trying to soften the food with a little bone broth or adding some cottage cheese as a topper. This can help with the kibblexs shape and size while also adding some extra flavour that might win your puppy over.
