The back was cut out whereas the one in store wasn’t.
It was far too big for a twelve & measured bigger.
Sent it back on 24th for a refund, still waiting for that to go through”

“Gorgeous dress bought for a royal garden party I have been invited to in May. It fits beautifully and even has a little useful but subtle ‘give’ in it to accommodate overindulgence on the big day! I shall be pairing it with the Daisy Peplum jacket in ivory. I have tried so many dresses on during my search and none worked for me but when I put the Isobel on I felt a million dollars immediately. I have never purchased a phase 8 dress before but if I ever get invited to a special occasion again I shall certainly start there. Happy customer.”
