I am ever so sorry that the order did not arrive in store in time for you to collect before leaving the area. Unfortunately our express click and collect service is 1-2 working days so Monday would have been the latest expected date for this to arrive.
I do apologise that the store were unable to refund the delivery fee however I can see that this has since been refunded for you.
