Only down side is it needs gentle ironing - I did mine in a rush and burnt the bottom hem a little but loved it so much ended buying a second in a smaller size.”

“Good material and style. But loo long. I returned it, planning to buy smaller size and get length altered. But it’s been nearly 2 weeks and still haven’t been refunded. So non ppl and to buy from Phase Eight ever again.”

I’m so sorry to hear you’ve not received your refund as quickly as you had hoped for.
We do advise to allow up to 14 working days from the date of postage for your returns to be received and processed. This does also exclude weekends and any public holidays that incur over that period.
Please ensure you keep a copy of your postage receipt safe, this will cover you for a monetary refund.
Should you not hear from us by the 14th working day, please do let us know and provide a clear image of your postage receipt and we will be able to investigate this further for you.
