I'm sorry to hear that when your Kiki One Shoulder Midi Dress this was not as described or pictured on the website and had a part missing. This is certainly not what we would expect and I completely understand the frustration of receiving an item not as expected. We will raise this with our team to ensure that the website is up to date.
