“I had such hopes for this dress as it’s just my style and colour . I had seen the feedbacks from other customers but thought that Phase Eight would read them and rectify. The dress arrived totally creased as if it had been screwed up in a ball ! Such a huge disappointment ! I have obviously returned the dress and felt compelled to advise others .”
