I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the pricing of the item(s) you purchased. Our pricing structure is determined by your location and is affected by the current season, item popularity, sale promotions and the local market.
Whilst we apologise for disappointment caused by this, we are unable to make any amendments to our pricing structure.
We offer free delivery over £100 and free returns for orders within the UK, as this is where our warehouse is based, but do not offer this service for international orders.
You may be seeing UK promotions if you are on the UK website. You will need to change the country flag in the top right of the website, in order to view the option suitable for yourself.
According to the EU regulations, we may still set different net sale prices in different points of sale or may target specific offers only to a specific territory. This is not discriminating against any particular country, only setting our price according to local promotions.
Where a trader has several country versions of the same website, such as a web shop selling products to different countries across the EU, you should be able to choose to view which version you visit. You can view the UK website and the promotions we have to offer for our UK customers, however if placing an order to another country, you will need to use the website location suitable for this.
