However, I am so sorry to her that the items you ordered were not suitable. Regarding the customs costs in which you have paid sadly here at Phase Eight we are unable to refund these costs, however please do contact your local governing body and they can certainly help you further.

“Having paid £159 for the dress, I would have expected much better packaging., which was extremely poor. The dress arrived so crumpled, it was impossible to see how it should look on. It would have required me to take it to the dry cleaners to be pressed. The material was extremely static around my legs, and compared to other Phase Eight dresses I have bought, no where near the quality including the belt that is now just a material tie one, not a proper buckle belt. Definitely not worth £159!”
