“I ordered this coat in 2 sizes on behalf of a friend. She opted to keep the smaller one but it had a security tag still attached. No one locally could help & she wanted to take the coat away for the weekend as it was her birthday. Phase Eight stockists in York were also unable to help so they swapped it for one from their rails. it was very fortunate that this solved the problem but not great from a customer service perspective.”
“At first sight a nice quality coat, not too long on a 5'3 person. Have noticed after wearing it 3 times that the hem is doing weird things and not hanging straight plus the lining at one of the cuffs seems to keep rolling forwards ( hard to explain ). So every time I put it on I have to adjust the lining on one of the sleeves. Little things but for £200 I expected a bit better.”

“Good fit generally but sleeves very long. Because of the button detail on the cuffs I had to have the sleeve length altered at the shoulders which added an extra £50 cost to the garment.”
