“Ordered this coat on 27th December but it didn't arrive until 7th January, 11 days later. I called up to try and get an update but they didn't really have one, so I tried to cancel it but they said that because it was still going to arrive, they couldn't refund me. I can't believe how expensive the coats are and they can't use a decent delivery service.
When it arrived, the coat was way too small. I'm usually a 12/14 and ordered a 14 but it was tiny. The lapels are massive and it didn't look good. Material and colour were nice.”
