“I preorder my AirSoap and received it 3 weeks ago. I was very surprised how quiet it was and how much air it moved thru the unit. I was concerned that it might not be working as advertised so I removed the plates to see how much material they had collected In the first two weeks. I was very surprised and pleased to see that the plates had collected more than I would have expected. I have a Hepa filter but was frustrated of always having to buy a replacement filter and the lack of air moving thru it in it's quiet mode. Air Soap solves that frustration.
I wished AirSoap had more videos on YouTube or on their website showing how AirSoap worked. I took a chance on buying a preproduction model based on how happy I was with my phone soap and I haven't been disappointed. I did connect my AirSoap to a device to see how many watts it was drawing at each level and it is very energy efficient. AirSoap needs to do a better job marketing this product because it really seems to work as advertised.”
“Seems to work fine, but not sure how to tell. My daughter says it has a strange smell, but no one else has complained and I don't smell it. Also it arrived with a small hole in the screen (be sure to check all the parts when it arrives). I sent in a claim, still awaiting replacement part. They said it would take about 2-3 weeks and it has been 2 weeks now.”
“The only inconvenience is placing the unit. It's recommended at least 20 inches away from the wall. I believe because there is air intake at the back of the unit. Maybe move the air intake to the front of the unit, so the unit can be placed against to the wall if we choose to.”
