“Its great, I really enjoy using it but wished that it came with better instructions on how to care for it. I am uncertain if I can lay it on it's side and some other concerns about caring for it.”
“For the most part I like it but it could definitely do with some improvements. The fan is loud and tends to buzz unless I slightly pop out the grill. It could also do with better ventilation for the fan. It takes about three cycles to actually dry my brush. Finally I wish the inside had a mirror finish and larger UVC light. It has a tiny UVC light that gets blocked by the brush so it’s only sanitizing the small part of the bristles it actually hits. I ended up putti big some chrome tape on the inside to try and reflect the UVC light around a bit more.
I do really love that the tooth brush can just hang in it while it’s mounted to the wall so I don’t have to worry about bathroom fallout landing on my brush anymore.
I’d be happy to see some improvements in the future though,”
“I realized ai made a mistake purchasing this product. All these years I have never “sanitized “ my toothbrush and now all of a sudden I’m doing it. It is one more thing Ivecaffed to my long list of things to do each day. I don’t think I would recommend the product as it is too bulky and not worth it. Otherwise the product seems to work as intended.”

“The BrushGuard works well and does a good job of drying the toothbrush head. The cosmetics of the product are less then expected or desired from PhoneSoap. The battery life between charges is not long enough and becomes a nusance because ther is no low nbatter notification. Finally it is not clear if the toothbrush head should face down or toward the fan. The website show both way in different areas.”

“I use a Sonicare toothbrush with a sanitizer built into the charger for adult toothbrushes, but my child's toothbrush doesn't fit. I was very excited to try this since it dries toothbrushes. We had been putting child toothbrushes in our Home Soap prior to trying this. The box came with a QR code instead of instructions, which I am fine with, but I can think of several less tech-savvy relatives that wouldn't know what to do. When I pulled up the link in the QR code, I couldn't find instructions to use the device. Maybe I just overlooked them. A few days later, after watching a video on Facebook about this product, I realized I had the toothbrush turned the wrong direction the entire time I'd been using it. The product is advertised as drying your toothbrush, but every time I've used it, my son's toothbrush is still wet, even after trying to knock off excess moisture beforehand. I'm not sure if mine is defective or if this just isn't the product I had hoped for. I haven't figured out a way to shut it without automatically running a cycle. Maybe it's just me, but I think that would be a nice feature. Since the toothbrush is never dry anyway, I may go back to putting toothbrushes in my Home Soap to sanitize all of it instead of just the toothbrush head.”
