“It wouldn't turn on. I tried to call the company to ask for help troubleshooting, but their phone line directed me to their chat helpdesk. I tried that and it was a chatbot, not a person. So, I returned it because if there's no timely support at the beginning, I don't think the company could be very good. Someone sent me an email a few days afterward. They said that it's a common issue, due to sitting for a long time in the warehouse. I guess not many people want to buy the larger unit...”

“I would like to see more uv lights inside. Along each side preferably. It may or may not make a difference as far as sanitization goes, but the fact is, none of us really know how effective it us, but I can tell you the more lights I see the more I feel that it works. That is why I also bought the phonesoap pro which has twice the lights. There is a psychological element to your customers using your products. We can't actually see it cleaning but the more lights we see, the better we feel about it. When I see the homesoap lights only on the top and bottom, with some areas in the bay being lit less than others I feel that it doesn't work as well so I usually run it 2 cycles. I would have paid extra for a pro version with twice the lights. Otherwise I'm happy with this product”

“I can tell it sanitizes well because when I pull the items out of the box I can smell the ozone. I didn’t give it all stars because the button which is supposed to allow you to choose the amount of time by tapping on it doesn’t work. It probably isn’t even a button. I saw the guy in the video tap it and choose his time but I tap it and there is a circle but it does nothing.”
