“Received my HomeSoap back in June. Seems to work OK (have not pulled out the microscope to see if it really kills everything) but it has one strange design issue. When you close the door, it always runs for a full cycle when set for auto. There does not seem to be any way around it other than turning off auto feature each time (which kind of defeats the purpose!) so I've needed to use something to prop open the door so it does not cycle. Customer support never responded to inquiries so I do not know what, if anything, this may mean.”
