“I had a phone soap which was large, laid flat. Little bulky but fit so many things at once. Eye glasses, keys, credit cards, my jewelry, my phone case and of course my phone! 4yrs it worked great! Then I thought a bulb blew. Phone soap stopped making it but offered a great discount on a new one. This one is good too but the layout doesn't allow for so many items to be sanitized at once. It still works fabulously. I just wait for the batch to be ready and then put in another. Btw, I work in a hospital and used it 2x daily during vovid-19. Every home should have one. It's not just for phones!”
“I purchased the Homesoap, I already have several Phonesoap devices, for larger items. When it arrived the light on the door wasn't functioning to indicate completed processing.
I returned it and received in its place a "refurbished " device. Not sure why I didn't receive a new device to replace the new one I purchased.

“So far so good. I purchased two boxes, one as a gift. The gifted one stopped working, however, the customer service was excellent and replaced the unit right away! I will say we are able to clean a lot of items in this box. Would highly recommend.”
