“I had expected this would open like a flatbed scanner and you could see where to place everything. If I had realized that the door was on the narrow side of the box where you are blindly slipping things inside, I would never have bought this. Way overpriced for its limited capability. Wish I could return for a refund. I bought a smaller, cheaper one with a rack where you can arrange things before closing and sanitizing.”

“This thing runs anytime you open the door. Directions are a joke. No power button I have to plug and unplug it ever time I want to use it. Says there is a button for manual and auto. I don't see any button. I pushed on the round thing on top and nothing. Needs to be redesigned.”
