“I learned on receiving the item from a sticker on the package that there is a known issue of red light. I googled to learn more and learned that often the unit has to be returned/exchanged because the bulb may be cracked or for whatever reason does not work. Because this was to be a Christmas gift that I was going to take up to Canada for my brother, I decided it would be best not to take a chance on this known issue as it would be a headache for my brother to have to return/exchange from Canada. Your customer support rejected my request to return. The box is not even opened as shown in the attached picture. I have been following up with customer support every day since, iterating this reason for returning, that I do not want to give a gift that can be problematic because returning/exchanging from Canada would be challenging. Given that I am not even able to get a customer support response from here, it indeed is better that I don't take this unit up to Canada as it will be even harder then. I shall share this review with my friends if still do not hear by tomorrow acceptance of my return request and a shipping label to return the unit.”

“Not a complete surround. Only bulbs on the sides but none in the bottom or top. I wish the side bulbs were protected by a plexiglass shield like my Phone Soap had. As it is, objects can knock into them if I’m not careful. I worry they will get broken.
Nice roomy interior and I have been able to clean many items I was unable to with phone soap. Wallets, key rings, dog chew toys, personal items like hair brushes, iPad, I’ve been a fiend. I feel secure that it’s Phone Soap bulbs because they company is serious about what they do. I know they are killing nasties.”
