“I was originally sent a defective unit. I reached out and was immediately sent a replacement unit. I was very happy with how I was taken care of. My new unit works fabulously. We use it all the time. I have a teething baby and I love being able to throw his toys into the unit to be sanitized. Great product and great company!”
