“I bought the wireless charging PhoneSoap. I have to press my phone against the glass to get it to begin charging. I'm not sure how many times I can press my phone against the glass surface before the glass fails. Once I get the charging magnet to engage, it works fine, but I am second guessing my choice of the wireless device. I have an Otter Box case.”
“I give 5 stars for the product but if it were an option I'd give 1 star for the delayed delivery and customer service (non)response. I paid $30 for 1-2 day shipping on the PhoneSoap as a gift for my father. It was around the holidays so I expected a delay of a couple days. However, it took 15 days (with 7 of those being business days) and 3 emails (with no response) to get my PhoneSoap. Only after sending one final email and a negative Tweet was my shipping charge refunded. I have 3 PhoneSoaps and all have been great. I just hope I don't have a problem with any of them because the customer service from this company is terrible.”
