“I purchased Phonesoap Wireless to sanitize my cellphone and my wife's cellphone and to provide wirelees charging to the phones.We have Otterbox protective cases on our phones and in the description of the Phonesoap it states that you can leave protective case on the phones to sanitize them.What the description does not tell you is that Phonesoap will not charge the phones while they are in their cases. I had to remove the case from the phone before it would charge the phone. This is the reason I bought this model of Phonesoap which does cost a good bit more than the non-wireless charging model. I will give the sanitizing part of Phonesoap 5 stars but for the wireless part I give it 1 star. Very disappointed.”
