“I got tht Biomax 450 to add to the 900 I've had for a year or so. It's easy to combine the panels and expand the exposure for each session. My wife and I are pleased with the setup. We both use it for skin issues and I use it to relieve RA joint pain and swelling in my hands. We are satisfied with the results so far. We both use it 4 or 5 times a week for 20 to 25 minutes per session.”

It really does require the stand, otherwise you would have to stand in order to direct it towards where I want it and standing still that long would not be beneficial for me. I have to be moving in order to tolerate the standing position. I am not sure yet whether it is doing anything yet for my back and hip pain.”
