“I had been doing Red Light at a salon for quite a while but I live on an acreage, so coming in for red light wasn't always convenient. I hadn't done it in 5 months and I really missed how good it made me feel. I decided to take the plunge and get one myself.

I've used it every day for a week now. I do it as soon as I wake up (it's right there on the wall) and this alone makes it worth it. I get up, make my bed, and then walk over to the red light and do my 30 minutes. I do half with blue light on (7 1/2 minutes front then back) and then another 15 minutes of only red light. I feel better since starting. Definately more energy especially since I started methylene blue at about the same time. I also noticed my eyes sharpening up again, something I noticed when I was using the beds.
Could not be happier with this red light and having it at home makes it so easy to do. I actually do my Bible Study, and TENS therapy, while I red light so I'm killing not two, but three birds with one stone.
Also, the hanging hardware that comes with the device is very useful and makes adjusting the height of the light very easy. Definately a 10/10 for me.”
