“Wow!, Yes, I finally decided to go with PaltimunLED after veiwing all the other options. I ended up deciding that it was better for me to go with power for my athletic injuries and the way I wanted to use the lights (while standing on my vibration plate). One of the best things though is you actually get to talk to a person and they seem to be willing to take however much time it takes for you to understand their lights and the operation of those lights. These lights and the stand came with premium packaging. They lights are double boxed and shipped beteen substantial foam layers. Everthing seem to be of an excellent build and design quality. The lights definitely put out some serious power. I need to learn how to talk to them beyond the wake up "Hey Max". So far I am just running the 20 minute program and turning at the 10 minute alarm ding. It definitely looks like I will be using these lights for years and years.”

I was sold an unsuitable XL Mobile Floor Stand model, which obstructs 30 LEDs while their "support" people now lament that exchanging it for a suitable newer model stand (same pricing) were too costly.
When buying the stackable , black Biomax PRO Ultra Units 3 months ago, a white XL Mobile Floor Stand made for the older Biomax system was sold along. Not adapted to the new ZeroGap PRO series, 30 LEDs are being obstructed by it, which turned out, to my consternation, only when fully assembled with the stacked panels. Shortly afterwards, the new XL PRO Mobile Floor Stand in Black was introduced, perfectly accommodating the ZeroGap layout, avoiding the obstruction of any LEDs. Had I been made aware of the imminent launch of the new product, I would naturally have waited a few weeks with the purchase of a stand.
I suspect the denial of my requested exchange for the new product is mere incompetence on a lower staff level, as I cannot imagine this kind of low standard being policy of this company. Their wiesling out of clear obligation is unacceptable.”
