I was tempted to get a full refund due to the delay in shipment. I reached out to customer service and they ask me to go on the website to see updates on shipping delay. So, I decided to wait and platinum LED kept their words as written in the their shipping announcement. I did received my Biomax 900. I haven’t use it myself but my nieces have been using every other day for their acne treatment. They say it’s working and their acne bump has diminished with 2 session of 20 minutes usage. Overall, customer service is great, shipping is as promised, and products does work. Highly recommended.”
“So I would rate 4 stars as of right now based on that I have only had BIOMAX 900 for 1 week. The cons thus far is it took little over 3 months to receive product. Pro so far is noticeable energy after use. I use first thing in morning prior to working out and don’t find myself exhausted by mid-day. I have multiple issues that I look forward to resolving. So 1 down 4 to go. I look forward to seeing what time does and the continued health benefits this technology provides, so far I am impressed.”

I knew it was going to be a long wait but my wife wanted a good red light system and the Bio Max can be integrated with other units for a variety of configurations.
