The light panel is very well made, sturdy, and has 6 cooling fans, so it will not overheat with longer or multiple sessions. The intensity of the lights is better than a competitor's brand that I had previously tried. I'm already seeing smoother skin, and an improvement in some age spots and fine lines. After each session I feel a general sense of well-being and an elevation in my mood. I can't say enough about what a high quality device this is. My cats love to hang out while I'm doing a session and I'm guessing they are also benefiting from the red light.”
