“On 10/3/24 ordered pair of 900s with mobile stand and it was delivered on 10/7/24. Proceeded to assemble units with no issues... easy to follow instructions and the products are well built with obvious quality. I used for a week with no hiccups but was not comfortable doing sessions in the standing position so ordered the horizontal stand on 10/13/24 and it was on back order. After a week of waiting I changed my mind and proceeded on 10/21/24 to cancel horizontal stand order which PLED immediately refunded and I ordered a 2nd pair of 900s along with the motorized stand to work with a massage table I ordered so I can proceed with sessions in a laying down position. PLED shipped the additional products on 10/22/24 and were delivered on 10/24/24. Proceeded that afternoon to assemble the motorized stand and four 900 panels without issue... very easy to follow instructions for this assembly.... and I am 70 years old and have had major back surgery S1-L5 fusion and a left knee total replacement. Two of the main reasoning for selecting PLED RLT to help in post surgery side effects. In initial use of less than a week all is working well but overall benefits of the sessions is going to take some time to fully realize so will follow up with additional review comments in about 3 months. But the key comments as of now are PLED are absolutely a class out fit in the quality of their products, their order / fulfillment process, quick turnaround for shippment / delivery, and easy to follow instructions for assembly / operation of their products!! In addition their customer service has been outstanding in answering questions and handling cancelation requests in a timely fashion. Thanks PLED, and now I am ready to experience the benefits of RLT going forward!”
“This arrangement allows me to cover my entire body (head to toe) front or back. This shortens the amlunt of time I have to spend during my therapy sessions. I first purchased the 450 and stand but that required me to move the unit several times to get the coverage desired. I purchased the 800 + 900 package bedcause of the great rsults both my wife and me were getting form the 450 unit. I am currently using the 900 + 900 system 4 to 5 times per week with 20 mintue sessions. My sciatic is gone. My hips are pain free. My walking ait is normal and I can walk a couple of miles without pain in my hops, legs or feet. My energy level is much better. I sleep better. After working out on my Bowflex, I will do a therapy session and my muscles feel as if I didn't even work out. Rev=covery is significantly faster.
My wife suffers from mutiple phsical/medical issues. She [primarily uses the 450 panel. She actually wants to get under the light. She feel s better, her migraines are susbsiding, she suffers less pain from her hips and she has more energy.
