My only complaint would be the cord length for the adjuster panel. Hello Alicia! The XL Motorized Horizontal Stand has a sensor in it that will detect any resistance if it is pushed while moving down. This will automatically stop it immediately so don't worry about this! Also, we do recommend to utilize the memory function on the remote which will save two pre-set heights that you're able to set yourself. This way, with one touch you are able to lower the light to your exact desired height each time with ease. We hope this helps!
