“I was seeking larger pad, pond lilies to add shade to our pond. I contacted customer support at Play It Koi, and they were really helpful, suggesting two different varieties. Plants arrived quickly, packaged well, and have been planted in the pond. I used planting media from Play It Koi and would suggest putting larger rocks on the top or something to cover the planting media as our pond fish had a ball unplanting the lilies the first time around.”

“Very impressed, arrived within 2 days in excellent condition, it said the lilly was a bare root so that is what I expected but what arrived was a potted lilly with stems and leaves too. already building up my next order and I know who I will be buying from in the future. thanks again for the great service I received”
